CARETaker MBS COMMUNICATION POLICY

All communication through Nextiva is strictly professional and work-related, never promotional.

3️⃣ Initial Contact and Consent

We do not send unsolicited messages or advertisements.

If you contact us through our Contact Form or other channels on our website, you consent to being contacted by our team regarding your inquiry.

When submitting the form, you agree to the following:

“I consent to receive text messages from Caretaker MBS. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary.”

4️⃣ Client Communication

Once a provider becomes a contracted client, communication may include:

  • Billing and claims updates.

  • RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) information.

  • Help and support for ongoing services.

“Hi Dr. Lee, your monthly summary is available in the portal.”

“Reminder: Your AR review meeting is scheduled for Thursday.”

All communications are strictly related to contracted work.

5️⃣ Consent and Opt-Out Options

We only send SMS after obtaining your consent.

All messages are limited to business-related updates.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS.

Example Opt-Out Message:

“You have successfully opted out of SMS communication from Caretaker MBS. Thank you for working with us. For future assistance, please contact info@caretakermbs.com.”
